Saturday evening Su and I went to the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa. The lift ride was sensational...despite your ears popping you had no idea at what speed you were going or that you were even moving. I think it took less than 2 minutes to reach Floor 124...I have no idea I was not counting, Su however was gripping hold of me for dear life, she has an aversion to heigths. Once we had reached our destination Su hugged the inner walls whilst I happily clicked away. The Sun was just going down I would have stayed longer but in fairness to Su decided to come down for her sanity. More images can be found at Iconphotos
