We flew into Dubai in the early hours and as usual like most international airporst was busy with people fly to and from alll regions of the world. Dubai International Airport is large and most certainly impressive. We arrived at Terminal 1 and most impressive lining up waiting to go through passport control. The officials dressed in their white Kandora's was our first brush with officialdom. We quickly passed through passport control, picked up our bags and out through customs out into the balmy evening. A short wait and we were on our coach to our first night in a hotel. The rest of the time we will stay with our friends Costa, Katrina and their daughter Mia andof course Kashew the cat.
